Merchandise FAQ's Q: Can I return an item for a refund or exchange? A: Yes, you can...but under these conditions: -Items can be returned for a full refund within 2 weeks of delivery date (shipping not refunded). -Items can be exchanged within one month of delivery date (extra shipping required). -All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed and in clean and new condition. -All returns and exchanges should include merchandise return form included with package. Q: How do I go about returning or exchanging an item? A: When returning or exchanging an item (see specific rules above), please include the merchandise return form with a note describing your request. Include your full name, shipping address, phone number, email address and exchange/return request. Extra shipping will be required for exchanges in which case you can include a check for the proper shipping amount. packages get lost in the mail. If you do not
receive your package and we do not hear from
you within 60 days of your order, we will not
issue a credit to your account or re-ship the
package. We must hear from you within the 60
day time frame in order to take care of the
situation. If you have not recieved your package
