Q: Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?
A: Yes, you can...but under these conditions:
-Items can be returned for a full refund within 2 weeks of delivery date (shipping not refunded).
-Items can be exchanged within one month of delivery date (extra shipping required).
-All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed and in clean and new condition.
-All returns and exchanges should include merchandise return form included with package.

Q: How do I go about returning or exchanging an item?
A: When returning or exchanging an item (see specific rules above), please include the merchandise return form with a note describing your request. Include your full name, shipping address, phone number, email address and exchange/return request. Extra shipping will be required for exchanges in which case you can include a check for the proper shipping amount. Please mail returns and exchanges to the following address:

Q: How soon will my order ship and how long will it be before I receive it?
A: Your order will ship within 3 business days. Please allow an additional 3 days for delivery of domestic orders, and 2 weeks for international orders. If you do not receive your item(s) within this time frame, feel free to contact us at jplmerchandise@gmail.com.

Occasionally, packages get lost in the mail. If you do not receive your package and we do not hear from you within 60 days of your order, we will not issue a credit to your account or re-ship the package. We must hear from you within the 60 day time frame in order to take care of the situation. If you have not recieved your package within the given time period, please email us at jplmerchandise@gmail.com.


Q: Who do I contact about questions or changes to my order?

jplmerchandise@gmail.com - We read all emails that are sent to this address. Please give us at least 24 hours to look into your situation and respond. Also, when you do inquire about an order, make sure to include as much information as possible (full name, phone number, order reference).

Q: What are your sizes comparable to?
A: Our regular tshirt sizes shirt sizes are comparable to Hanes T-Shirt sizes. The "ladies" sizes are smaller than a regular Hanes t-shirts. We suggest ordering a size up from the size you normally wear on these items. Please see our size chart for general sizing information. We cannot guarantee that these measurements are 100% accurate as brands may vary.
